The Soviet

Look at the slaving peasants,
in toiling havoc wreaks.
the peasant slaves on glumly,
forbidden now to speak,
so to you arguing democrats,
her what I say to you,
in dear old Soviet Russia
we're better Red than Blue!
in our continental system,
no argument is high,
if we choose to raize them,
the peasant can only sigh.
In our system,
you see,
we beat democracy,
we choose a casteial
schism,
oh great red communism.
hear the cry of the soviet,
Our Iron wall stands tall,
come the wars' smoke clearing,
you'll be the one to fall!
Oh in petty democracy,
no one person holds the power.
yet when the day is done,
you're poorer by the hour.
So hear the song of The soviet,
our empire sea to sea!
Oh since the revolution,
we are no longer weak,
of the infirmity of the Czarina,
we no longer speak.
IN Russia we are safe and sound,
and gently are we led,
if you should dare disagree,
the court will have your head!
so you squalling Democrats,
baby of all nations,
leave the U.S.S.R alone,
or face annihilation!

Nice write Dmitri. More the pity that ww2 ended the true Soviet Union with the loss of the staunch
amongst the 27 millon souls lost. Their example, however, is not lost.
Cheers
