The trials of life

Life for me is just a test,

To please my lord by doing my best.

The reward for me is what I see,

Around this world, he created for me.

Every day I look around  me

and study the people that surround me.

They strive for things they think they need,

But all they gain is envy and greed.

The answers there for the taking,

It cost nothing, It never needs making.

If they'd just stop and look behind,

The answers there for them to find.

It's in what they have seen along the way,

From the people, they meet and what they say.

Material things are not required,

For us all to be Inspired.

Great things can then be achieved,

That's why mankind was conceived.

Now go your way and do your best,

Then we can all complete our test.
