The Visitor
I come uninvited
I leave tears and sorrows in my wake
I leave so many hearts broken
I make men widowers
I make women widows
I make children orphans
I make parents childless
I make soul mates empty
I visit young and old
I visit tall and short
I visit black and white
I visit men and women
Even animals are not spared
You donโt need to welcome me
You donโt need to make a wish
You donโt need to love me
You dread meโฆ.Iโm not deterred
You donโt even want to hear about meโฆit doesnโt matter
You donโt have to planโฆ.I visit whoever, wherever and whenever
I knowโฆโฆI am the unwelcomed visitor

This is so cool ROSE!!...... it's a terrible thought to allow into the working part of your psyche!!...... thinking there is such an unstoppable monster out there is truly frightening...... you should publish this as a children's book ((lol).. just kidding......ALL STARS!!...... cool read!!......T xo.ย ?

This is simply stunning my little Rosebud. It is full to the brim of wisdom and truth. It is inevitable that it comes to all of us but I firmly believe that our loved ones come and collect us and that we don`t go alone. I know my Andrew will come and get me one day and that has stopped me from fearing death, although grief is a terrible part of our lives for the family and friends left behind, it is a teacher also and that is why we all need to make the most of what we have in life and tell those we love every day that we love and value them deeply. Well done for this piece, I`m very proud of you sweetie.

The grim reaper can strike so unexpectedly. ย As you say, he favors no one, he spares nobody. ย He has no conscience. ย We all fear his omnipotence. ย We all pray for his procrastination, but we all succumb to him eventually.
