A child to be conceived without be desired doesn't mean that it is not loved and wanted by their parents, the most painful that can happen to a child is not loved by her parents and that can also occur to unwanted children. Abortion induced within legal deadlines can be one solution for pregnancies unwanted, but much more relevant would be a clear sexual education in primary and secondary schools.
Practiced sex with responsibility prevents unwanted pregnancies, but also protects against sexually transmitted diseases, taboos and the magnification of sex are always a breeding ground for the proliferation of asshole, unwanted pregnancies and sexual chronic diseases.
Sex is something vital, necessary and pleasant people and should tackle it ever since the first years of life as something natural, apart from protecting the future women of unwanted pregnancies, it protects from diseases, and the children can prevent from attacks by paedophiles.
