Thoughts are Things

A thought is a powerful thing
It has an energy all it's own
Than you turn it into a word
That you speak out loud
It affects all who hear it
From the inside out
Speaking empty chatter
That leads to mindless matter
Is not a good idea
As every word or thought we have
Will  exist in this world forever
That is why so much attention given
In the holy teachings wide
To gain control of thoughts and speech
As in  this creative world they do make form
Our bodies are filled with water
and water reacts to sound
Now they have proven beyond a doubt
That the vibration effects the physical realm
It is chilling to recall the words we speak
and the sometimes  evil thoughts we think
How they affect the ones we love 
and our very selves if were thinking of
The fact of the matter is
Stop making our own lives hard to live
by the nature of our words and mind
