Time Tells All

As a young child I wondered about getting old
I would see my grandfather with the white hair and lots of wrinkles
Then later I grew and my facial hair was nothing to brag about
What are we but living energy with the human aspects of desire
What are we if we do not help our felllow man in trouble
We all fight to be free no matter where we come from
Time tells all about the living and the dead
Things said and unsaid things done and done too late in death
Time kills and time saves
When the end is near all time will tell the true story
Look at me now I have a very long beard  and walking with a cane telling these stories as time tells all
