Truth

so good at writing empty words
such beauty clothed upon a merciless void
my heart laid bare, no peace I find
no thoughts take rest upon my mind
in darkness now, I see myself,
that long forgotten broken soul
becomes a man, at last
the final draw upon this cup
of suffering.
