Walking On Air

I was walking on air when I first met you

Cause it happened so fast my heart was confused.

I was smiling for hours with a pointless grin

I couldn't help it because I really liked you.

In the summer sun our new lives had begun

I thought that we were gonna last forever.

Where did I go wrong?

You were pretending all along

And now I am broken and I wish we'd never.

Now the walls come up and they surround me for protection

And the mirror lies

It should be a broken reflection
