White,

just a color,

just a shade of spite,

a societal blur,

White is stained in my skin,

just the blood of suppression,

a legacy I'm forced to live in,

A legacy of hate and succession

White is a brainwashing minds,

A mind so skewed by what we call history,

History is what the white victor finds,

Any other races history is just shrouded in mystery,

White is privilege you born into,

It's not something that people talk about,

But think about easy it is to be you,

Has a storekeeper ever told you to randomly get out?

White is due to give an apology,

Due to say sorry for all the racial crimes,

But no white man will get up and say I'm sorry,

The perpetrators, our ancestors, have been taken away by father time.
