WHATSAPP PUSSYCAT

WHATSAPP PUSSYCAT

Dial me a smile: cats on the rooftops,
cats on the tiles, cats with their bumsĀ
all wreathed in smiles, who wrote that,
there's a nice impression wherever you sat.

You have an allergy, can't stand all those cats,
must be something that stands out, it's not fur,
what a life you lead, just curled up by the fire,
don't disturb me now, this pussy's not for hire.

I know when you're coming, my whiskers bristle,
my radar, the antenna, know if your happy or sad,
now you stroke me, don't think you're grabbing attention,
might not get so many tidbits when you mention pension.

Not like you, I'm only living to fifteen or twenty,
no sound, having a 'pause,' you talk enough aplenty.
