When Apple Blossoms Fall

White, silky soft, pink, and plush, the smell of apple spirits, the bitter sweet of fruit, devine
To drink the nectar, to toast to a new Spring, to the red robins, and the flirty bunnies, and the squirrels chasing round, and round
When apple blossoms fall, I feel the love, the laughter, the pitter patter, of the falling rain, as it sings
Romantic passion, of the young at heart, the teenage first time, the hearts pounding so heard, you can hear them knock
To be in love, to hold the rapture of youth, to know the kiss, to make it over, and over, to make it perfect
When the lion roars, the winds blow the old away, and the new growth of tulips, and crocus, peek through the wet of soil
The sound of the cardinals, the sparrows charm, the dew upon the grass in early morning, my heart fills with your smile
When apple blossoms fall, the fruit of desire, will be spread, and we will dance in the rain, as two lover's, so complete
