WIFE or LIFE...?

WIFE or LIFE...?

What will become of the woman who loses a life?
I insist on more rigmarole
how reliant I am upon your soul

What will become of the woman you made your wife?
I shed a lonely tear
preparing for that dear

What will become of the woman you handed a knife?
I've seen her cry
watching her die

What will become of that woman in strife?
I know her well
It's not hard to tell
