Writer's Raven

Writer's Raven

The writer of a book, you would think would be easy

How the words bring you to life with the moments in time

No need to ryhme, just give it suspense and mystery

As I write about this Raven, he is masked and dark

He will come to the rescue of destruction and damnation

From anywhere he can feel harm and crime about to take place

Disguising his face, his strength immense, long ago a curse took over

Taking over his life his family brutal death from the villain's of the East

Now only revenge to those be, he will breathe beneath the caves where he change

Changes from the man, the writer that I am, soon to become the Black Knight

Protecting the city from further crime, as my wings will flee me to the lunge of despite

I sit here writing as the author and the character in this book, a strange arrange

Of words that turn into a fantasy of wonders, I call it the "Writer's Raven"
