This poem is for the lonely of the world
who thinks that life has past them by
I just want to say there's always hope
as long there are stars in the sky

and one day you will find all 
that you been looking for 
when an abundance of happiness 
comes knocking on your door

this poem is for the broken hearts
who thinks love has let them down 
but you can't always blame love 
if the one you choose are wrong

you just got to believe in your self 
and your faith will make you strong 
and in time the pain will go away 
when the right person comes along

we all will make that same mistake
by falling for the wrong heart 
and we never realize it 
until our world falls apart

this poem is for my father
thinking of you tonight 
you are the magic in my pen
my inspiration and guiding light
