Poem -

Your Glory

Time's drifting slowly while seeping idly as sand from its clear hourglass. Son count your blessings every grain that falls will one day determine your last, instead of the past.

Hours past dawn when the dark angels fly she said dear boy whisper goodbye. He saw a bright light as his wings started to form but the devil had captured his eyes and dared him to fly.

Saying I'll be your savior I'll be your shelter from the storm and your glory.

His wondering mind caused his heart to go blind and his eyes turned from dark blue to white. His mind was afflicted with evil addictions and the fires inside him ignite to burn out the light.

Still saying I'll be your savior Ill be your shelter from the storm and your glory.
