Your voice

Your voice spilled cut off me like waves in a ocean of hope,
Your smashed soul became a violin, that plays your heartbreaking story
in my hand.

Your heart is true just like the words you speak, I feel blessed  with your beautiful melody in my ears.
I'm forced to walk this desert of sadness alone without love to guide me.

I accept that this might be my fate because of what I did in the past,
Your life remains filled with happiness and mine starts to crumble around me.

Once again you win and I lose everything.
