Chapter 29

Femme Fatale

Tom Havard is driving over to Dr. Parmo’s office and is determined to get to the bottom of his son’s obsession. He will not leave until he gets the truth about why the Doctor wanted to make the
introduction between his son and this dental hygienist. Tom parks his car and storms into the dental office.
 
Mrs. Asaki is at the desk and greets him, “Hello Mr. Havard what brings you here today?”
 
“Where is he?”  Tom walks past the desk and down the hall into the Surgery Room where he sees the Doctor the Doctor working on a patient and shouts, “Doctor we have to talk!”
 
“Mr. Havard you can see I have a patient!”
 
“Listen my son is thinking of killing himself over that Blonde Witch you talked my wife into making an introduction to. You said you thought the two would make a good match. Well ever since he met her his life has gotten worse.”
 
“Mr. Havard please let's go somewhere else to talk about this. Mrs. Wozniak, I am sorry I just need a few minutes with Mr. Havard. Just relax in the chair.”
 
The Doctor ushers Tom into his office where they can talk. “Mr. Havard I am very sorry to hear about your son’s suicide attempt and I can assure you I really did believe Sandy was the perfect girl for him. When she is around your son she is a totally different per son. I do not recognize her at all. The girl I know is compassionate, kind, dedicated and loving.  She told me many times the men she had dated were not trust worthy and she was tired of men who disappointed her. She said she wanted to find a
man who she could trust and learn to love. I thought your son was the perfect match for her.” 
 
“Listen Doc I respect you. You helped my wife. You worked on my son. But you and I both know that girl is not your typical dental hygienist. That girl should be on a runway modeling and not be cleaning teeth here in your office. Don’t give me the Bull Shit you told my wife. I want the truth. If you don’t tell me I swear to God I will drag you out of this office and take you down to The Lake of Fire and throw you in there!”
 
Dr. Parmo grabs his chest because of all the negative energy Tom is directing at him. “Mr. Havard please let me sit down. I don’t feel well. If I haven’t told you I died from a heart attack and to this day I still have chest pains. Let me take a minute and I will tell you everything. Please try to turn your energy down because I can feel your negativity. I understand you are a Father just like me so I understand why you are upset. Can you get me a glass of water?”
 
Tom leaves the Doctor’s Office and returns with a cup of water. He hands the cup to the Doctor.
 
“Please sit down Mr. Havard.”
 
“Call  me Tom.”
 
I warn you, you are not going to like what I am about to tell you but this is the truth as I see it. Sandy, the girl your son is obsessed with, works full time as a Dental Salesperson. People get hired for sales jobs because they are attractive men and women. Yes this girl is off the chart. She happens to be a very successful salesperson. She has complained to me as long as I have known her men are all terrible and she wished she could find a sweet innocent guy to marry. She has joked with me if I wasn’t married she would propose to me.”
Tom asks, “Did your wife know you were sleeping with her?”
 
Dr. Parmo is stunned at the question and puts his cup of water down on the desk. “What makes you think I would do that? I love my wife.”
 
Tom stares at the Doctor and asks again? “Did you sleep with her?”
 
The Doctor spins in his chair and looks out his window away from Tom and says, “Yes.”
 
There is dead silence in the room. The Doctor spins his chair back to face Tom, “The night I had my heart attack I was making love to her. Tom I paid a heavy price for cheating on my wife. I now know it was wrong but you have to understand once you get in this girl’s orbit you are helpless.”
 
“Doctor since you know this why in the world would you fix my son up with this Fem Fatale?”
 
The Doctor asks, “Before I answer that question can I ask you a question?”
 
Tom replies, “Sure.”
 
“Have you ever cheated on your wife?”
 
Tom lowers his head then replies, “Not when I was alive!”
 
“Tom as God is my witness I honestly think and still do your son is perfect for her. She told me her dream guy is Honest, Noble, Old Fashioned, hard working and worships his Mother. Now you have to agree with me that describes Joe to a tee. Your son is scheduled to see Sandy again in October for a general cleaning and I will make some suggestions to her to terminate her relationship with Joe. Once Joe learns she is engaged he will forget all about Sandy.”

Tom gets angry and shouts at the Doctor! “You are still not telling me everything! I can smell you are holding something back? Why did you want Joe for her?”
 
“Because she tried to kill herself after my Funeral. She was going to make it look like an accident. She was going to ski off a Mountain and fall to her death. I possessed her at the last moment and changed her mind. I thought your son could save her from sucide. Now you know everything.”
 
Tom looks down at his shoes and thinks for a minute. If I were to Kill this girl it would save my son but my wife would never forgive me. I keep getting the feeling something is not right here. I am trying to pick up on this girls energy levels and I get a blank page. I just don’t understand why she doesn’t tell Joe she is engaged and to get lost.”
 
The Doctor replies, “Tom please don’t ever mention you are thinking of killing anyone. Maybe she has doubts about the engagement. Maybe on one level she may very well like Joe.”
 
Tom starts laughing and shaking his head, “Doc I got to tell you I have been waiting for thirty-three years to see my wife again. When I realized she had died during the night I got down on my knees and thanked God for his gift of her Death. Now with my youngest son thinking of killing himelf you have turned my wife’s death into a nightmare. This is ridiculous!

You introduce my son to a Female Psychopath with a Narcissistic Personality Disorder otherwise known as a Femme Fatale. You have two people with serious mental health issues and you thought they would be perfect for each other. Yes please talk to your girlfriend and suggest to her if she is the reason my son kills himself I will be the reason she dies before her time.”
 
Tom gets up to leave a shocked and stunned Dr. Parmo.
 
The Doctor asks Tom, “Before you go tell me if you are such a loving husband and devoted Father why are you cheating on your wife? Have you told your wife about Sakura?
 
Tom looks at the Doctor with surprised look on his face.
 
“Mrs. Asaki has told me all about the two of you. Before you pass judgment on me you need to look into your own soul. She is here trying to get her daughter to return home with her and away from you.” 
 
“Doc the difference is I never cheated on my wife when she was alive!” Tom leaves the dental office and is headed for a meeting with his first Supernatural Love.
