The Infamous Serial Killer - Ted Bundy

Today I just finished watching the documentary about the American serial killer and rapist called Ted Bundy, in full Theodore Robert Bundy. It was such an eye opening to see such an intellectual person can have a difficult childhood that can led to number of murders and rape around the five various states in America.
In the year of 1974 and 1978, he was responsible for hundreds of deaths but confessed to 31 deaths that he committed to. On those years the victims were mainly girls to whom he targeted among those there were few victims that survived from being killed. Ted had a fascination with young women with dark hair. It all started with disappearances around that state in Utah and was caught by sheriff but was out because there was not enough evidence against him. Soon after his fascination for women grew and started to run away from police. After that the incidents happen started to occur wherever he went but no one had clue that it was him. He was just a normal guy trying to blend in with the society. Even though detectives had some leads to Bundy with VW beetle but the evidence was still not enough.
It was on the month of June 1977, he fled from the Pitkin County Jail from jumping out of the window. He fled to the mountains for 8 days where police could not find him. On the 7th day while on the run the rain started to pour heavily which made him very cold and came back to the town where he stole a car. The police caught him driving very slowly with headlight off soon he started to follow and caught him. The next year he evaded Chi Omega sorority and killed two and bludgeoned four girls. It was a very horrific crime scene for the detectives to see what he had done to the victims.
On 1978, when the body of a 12 year old Kimberly Leach was found eight weeks later in the state park. Pensacola police caught him with stolen car. On the victims of Chi Omega the bite matched to him. It was 1979 he was found guilty and sentenced to death by electrocution. After that Ted conducted his defence and many other followed for a decade.
It was 24th of January 1989 at the Florida State Prison in Starke, he was executed. Many spectators cheered and celebrated his death. Even though people knew him from murders he had done but some who did the investigation and interviewed was very different. But to see a person a die and how people was happy to see him die is blows my mind.
Too finish this off no matter how we judge the person everyday. We as a people who have grown differently in various kinds of situations have problems we face in the infancy or in the adulthood. Sometimes it changes for good or bad but we have to make a choice everyday that effects our lives. Lastly, our childhood determines our future its just searching for right correlation is hard. People like Ted Bundy come and go but we as a human being must overcome our negative and turn into a positive thing that's lasts forever in society, families and friends.
