In amidst the golden daffodils
By the candestine castle on the shore
I wandered off into...

I heard a Wood Pigeon a’coo cooing upon a telegraph pole

He was watching a pile of peaty earth...

Close your eyes, clear your mind and you might just drift away

To a world where nothing matters in...

I can still see my dear Dad sitting on his special seat

And hear my Mother singing whilst washing...

I stumbled on a platooned plague of regimental soldiers

Millions and trillions of marching...

Twas’ like a sharpened sword that stabbed my soul

Betwixt a freezing fog on a late night stroll...
