Absence
There’s a small moment of timeÂ
between two people who care for each other
Time opens up their spaceÂ
causing distance
leaving one lonely.Â
loneliness
a delicate flower in a field of weedsÂ
growing with no one to tend to it
making its way in and out of everyone’s lives
even those who seem happyÂ
are lonely
because the loneliest people
