ALONE WITH A CLONE

Who is this clone in my mans' place?
Someone from another race.
Most of his features seem the same
They even share the exact name.
Yet hidden behind a happy face
An anger waits with guilty grace
The sadness soon about to spill
Will come, when clone comes for the kill.
And still, I choose to stay around
While my mans clone adorns the crown
My furrowed frown frames the tears
Of ten years torment, scarred by fears.
Alone I mingle withinĀ
A corrupt clone with shadowed grin
His evil twin will always win
As long as I'm around to spin.
So why do I believe?
That my mans clone wont deceive
Its only a matter of time
That my mans clone commits the crime.
This time I go, decide to leaveĀ
While every breath is hard to breathe
Indeed a break is what I need.
For goodness sake, what will it take?
To realize I'm about to break
Without a man, nor clone to care
About the who, why or where
Of me, living within despair.
I'll catch you later
I'm outta there.
