Best Poem Ever

Let me tell you of a story,
One of courage and of glory,
These words just flowed right out,
So this is what this poem is about.

I dont remember how it went,
The words were all twisted and badly bent,
But it seemed to work with almighty ease,
With even the toughest critics it would please.

But this isn't my best poem at all,
Compared to it this one is small,
And like Tenacious D to boot,
But this is only a mere tribute.

So judge it well and judge it hard,
Do not forward this on to a bard,
Just read it or sing it to birds,
A bad attempt at rhyming words.
