i can't forget him because I see him so much. He's all around me. he fills my phone, fills my time, and fills my heart when he wants to. 

However, he can also steal my energy, my love, and rip my heart into a million pieces after filling it so full. 

He can take me on roller coasters of emotions and not even know he's doing it. It's effortless for him. I don't understand how he does this without even realizing he's doing it. 

I wish he didn't have the control over me that he does. I wish I could move on from him.
