Divinity Found

Love is like the ocean, constant motion.

Up, down, raging, and still,
Leaving us lost in its visceral thrill.

The white salt of the surf pushes us out, then pulls us back in.

Even as the waves pull us under; a moment flashes; a thought crashes,
Will we ever breathe again, will our lives end or begin, or will this journey take us both in.

As we rise to the top once more, peace surrounds us as we reach the shore.

Our blue eyes meet, as the sun reaches its highest peak.

Fire burns from within, the sun glistens over waters capped white, casting shimmers of emeralds green light.

The emerald seas, the broken unseen; masked hiding, shattering what was lost,
No longer needed to stop the doubt, containing fear keeping love out.

Our bodies merge, as two become one, revealing burning desire, sun like fire.
Intertwined, energy binds; flesh no longer flesh; souls aligning true, resembling Ethereal love’s energy of blue.

Power taken over, given to one another,
Power dominated by free will, like a summer evenings chill.

Ethereal love has no bounds, just like the oceans crashing sounds.

Now as one, just as the ocean; our bodies move in rhythmic motion.

Desires rise with the ocean tides, leaving nothing to hide,
Just like the undertow our bodies let go.

Our blues eyes meet, wanting more; fearfully we look away back to the shore,
Doubt creeps, masks retreat, fearful hearts skip a beat.

Bodies no longer intertwined, only leaving questions in the mind.

We try to resist, only to move in helpless again; the passion of our fire is too strong of a desire,
Ethereal connection floating outside of space and time brings us close; bodies intertwine.

We give in, falling weightless into each other’s arms; tirelessly, searching for answers,
Our glances meet, communicating through silence, a knowing leaving the human mindless.

An energy that really can’t be found, it lives in the divine place that holds no bounds.

Hearts racing, minds pacing; the moon we gasp, as we realize the answer; mind as one we look above,
In an instant truth revealed; that this, us, we…are Ethereal love!
