Gallop of Glory

White stallions run through the smoky sky, of a stormy summer night
Renegades of native wolves run to shelter, the painted face of victory
Smouldering smoke in a nearby forest, where the deer lay, the wild flee
Gallop of glory, the next day, the sun rises in the east, the calling of the geese
The moist earth at our feet, the blue hint of a horizon, the taming of the shrew
The mare, saddled by the bear skin, I ride it to eternity, for the valley is free
My soul is calling for your beating heart, I will shed my pelts of fur, wrap them tight
Around your naked breasts, and the summer heat will melt, our woes, take us down
To the fields of peace, we shall caress the moments, feel my driving arms, and hold on
The grass feathers of my dress, I shall place behind your head, where songs will dance
Inside your mind, the drums of fire shall play, higher than the sky, we will drift
Into the clouds, taken like a kite in the wind, where the eagle shall pass and wink
The horse will pant in breathless minutes, sent by the spirit within, each gallop
Glory will find its way, as the mirror of our eyes, reflect our bodies image, until it disappears
Into our inner being, there we will chant and give life, in happiness, there lies peace
