"HER"

Is it more you're looking for,
was it not enough.
Her honesty, sense of humor, or personality.
Blinded by your own beliefs, the past
or insecurities you couldn't see "HER."
Why is it that the ones we really want,
don't want us as much as we want them.
So she wonders...is it wishful thinking.
Holding onto what little hope,
but how...how can you feel what you don't know.
Like an untold story or song unfinished,
