I was doing good...
I had gained some weight finally that took me over a year to do.....
Then I got sick and lost it all and then some in those 3 weeks...
I'm eating so much everyday and nothing's working...
I'm so tired of junk food but, if I just stick to fruits and vegetables that's not going to work...
I want to gain minimum 20 lbs.
Heck! I can't even gain 1...
People say I need to eat more...
They have absolutely no idea!
I tell them I eat like a horse and they don't believe me for a second...
Obviously, what I'm doing isn't working so I'm going to have to do some research and see what I'm doing wrong...
I don't want to get diabetes, or clogged arteries, or have a heart attack because, I'm only trying to gain some weight...
I get text messages almost daily on how to lose 30 lbs. or how to lose 15 inches off my waist...
I have no idea how they got my number...
I've written back to them and I told them sorry trying to gain...
I've written STOP and nope they just keep coming...

Well I don’t know how to tell you to gain weight but I’d like to lose weight but that seems tired no matter how much exercise I do and how much I cut back I wish I was like you or I can’t gain weight when eat lot
I don’t know if you’ll get diabetes by not gaining weight or being skinny what that could happen it doesn’t matter how skinny or how fat you are you still can get diabetes so I should be careful by that because I have diabetes and that’s no fun

My Brother has it too and some other medical issues that have come to the surface...
I was actually about junk food doing that...
I'm borderline diabetic and hypoglycemic, I didn't even know that was even a possibility...
I guess if it can happen I'm the one to do it...😂😂😂😂😂
I've been stumping Doctors my whole life so why not continue doing it I guess...
Try this...
Eat more high protein foods, like, chicken and fish, eat salads with not a lot of fat dressing, don't drink soda, drink lots of water, and no carbs, and low fat dairy in moderation...
Less is more...
Light exercise...
I will check the calorie count per day if you would like to have the most optimal success for your weight loss...
Message me and if you don't have a support system I would be happy to help you...
Message me on how much weight you would like to lose and if you have any junk in your cabinets, pantry, refrigerator wherever you'll have to get rid of it...
If you're not ready yet to make some sacrifices let me know when you are...
You should be able to lose close to 50 lbs in 1-2 months...
Feel free to research what I'm saying and you might find some other healthy and helpful tips that you might find yummy and good for you...
I will figure out my weight gain problem one day...
I don't want to do any irreversible damage to my heart or anything...

I see it more as a disaster...
This was what I was trying to tell people when they were in love with Biden and hated Trump...
They knew best and it's who they fought for and what they wanted...
