The Inside Desert

The only noise for miles,
Is a single heart beat;
That of which I follow,
With the slience of my feet.

Every agonizing step,
In the depths of the sand;
I do not give up,
For I am under your command.

I don't know who you are,
Or what will come to be;
I just know to follow through,
This desert of which is me.
