King Leonitis

Artemisia
Lady of pain
Your lips are scarlet dripping.
I sense my own fear
Are you the consort of Hades?
Or Pygmallion?
Persia whispers in my sleep
All the Wizards call out to me
Where is fair Helen?
Hercules and Zeus
The sport of Gods is mans burden
Even the thunder must obey.
If running could suffice
I would be a rush of wind
Whooshing by
