Let You Down
What I think,
I think.
What I know,
I think.
What I think,
well that’s a lie.
Every time I think I do something right,
it turns out to be wrong.
Every time I think I do something wrong,
it turns out to be right.
So everything I do,Â
I automatically think I let you down.Â
Cutting myself,
well that would let you down.
Hurting myself,
well that would let you down.
Being depressed,
well that would let you down too.
You see, the first two make sense,
but not the last one.
And that’s what is called,
irrational thinking.
Sometimes you do it,
even when you know it’s irrational.
But that doesn’t matter,
it doesn’t.
Every single thing I do,
will let you down.

Aaaww. Do you know what the root cause is? So you can work your way out of it. It's so much better for your mind and body when you are out of depression and feeling positive. You have to feel happy about yourself first. Anyway I only know too well what it's like feeling like that and stuck. But least you aware of it and maybe do something to change it ?x
Thank you for those words. I am currently working through it with therapy, and I am going to be tested soon for bipolar since it runs in my family. I hope, if you are going through the same, you feel better. Stay positive!
