Mirror

When you sit infront of a mirror 
Trying to look behind your eyes
Do you pass your reflection
What is it that you find
Beyond sadness and wets tears
Do you see your power and soul
Do you see your capabilities 
Do you see your soul growing old

When you sit infront of a mirror
Do you look for imperfection 
Why do we do it to ourselves
Accepting our own rejection 
We look for our own weaknesses instead of seeing our strength 
We sit and stare looking for wrongs
And it affects our heads health 

When you look in the mirror
Why not try and smile back
Stop weighing yourself down
Putting yourself under attack 
Don’t compare yourself, instead smile for who you are
For your belong right where you stand, confidence will get you far 

Next time you look in the mirror
Raise your chin a little high
Try and be kind and love yourself
