In My Eyes

In My Eyes

In my eyes
You're a unfinished masterpiece
From my eyes
You cannot hide with your disguise

In my eyes
The world is dying
Im melting in the pool of tears
I know that you're crying

You hide behind smiles
You have traveled a million miles.
You've told me it's all but an act
The laughing, and joking.
My eyes believe you
They know it's a fact

In my eyes
You'll never compromise
But maybe one day far from now
You'll come around to my surprise

In my eyes
The world is wrong
It doesn't let us feel like we belong
Hate is on the uprise, and it's all to my demise.
