"Never Empty"

"When I feel the thoughts,
of addiction,
kick up.
I pray, then write it all down.
Because now I go to the beat,
of a different drum and a sound.

I'm breaking down,
the thought patterns,
of addiction's illusions,
trudging through it's confusion,
and clearing out it's pollution,
with the ever grateful help,
of God and Our Fusion.

I have an insurmountable,
level of respect,
for God's Ability to Detect,
the insanity of the addiction,
in my mind.
I ask for His Help,
and He comes through everytime!

It is so very comforting,
to know that I am never alone,
that God lives in me,
in my soul and my bones.
He's opened my eyes,
I can finally see!
He makes me full and complete,
I am never empty!"
