Pancake Day

Pancake day is here again
Your going to need some batter
Made yourself or shop bought
It really doesn't matter

As long as you have lemon juice
And sweet things for the filling
The only thing to worry about
Is how you'll do the flinging

Turning a pancake is an art
The effort can leave you reeling
You have to catch it in the pan
Not stick it to the ceiling
