Petals of Love

Petals of Love

The scent of the lilies in the valley, the bluebells with their grace

It fills the air with flare, as I hunt for your embrace, the raindrops fall

The dew upon the grass so sharp, trails of mushrooms with wild strawberries

I am filled with moments envy, as the woodpecker makes his mark, and the meadowlark guards his nest

I fall in love with time and place, as we lay next to the radiant lake, the sound of the geese

With all their grace, they call us to their world, of love, of laughter, beauty, the beholder

It is the petals of love, of life, without strife, it could never be, I fall into my lovers

Arms and her breasts are like the white nightingale, the swan that swims upon the glass

Topped waves, where I see our reflection of a love so pure, the fantasy of a magical world

It breathes, it gives, and then it takes, as the petals of the lily pad float gently across

My love, your divine eyes, shine with glow, the lust of nectar so sweet, from the apple blossoms in the trees

Let this be the moments in time I spend with thee, my Love!

My Valentine, I share these petals of love in the flowing of the stream
