If you’re going to drink at least know how to handle your alcohol.
If you can’t then don’t drink at all.
I’ve seen abusive people do abusive things and it was all while they drank.
It’s like they drink and their minds go blank.
It’s like the monsters are no longer under your bed or in your head.
They are in front of you and in your view and now ptsd is ahead.
Stupid bio dad was always drinking.
Never gave a shit about us because we couldn’t numb him.
The best thing we could of done is just dump him. 
He cheated on my mom and it was like he was cheating on us.

Why weren’t we enough for you but something that would run out in a a couple of days was.
