PROMISE TO A DEMON - AGAINST FUTURES WISDOM
DEMON
early in filesĀ lonely creation
disputed wrecks of words,
my promise scrawled in a futures taste
crawling beneath my skinĀ
travellingĀ via pulsing vein
DEMON
fear created on bottles cut edge
inside me the crept became real
scared in memory'sĀ twisting talked tale
needle broken
needle swallowed
boredom imprintedĀ
escape divided
a cross planted ,formed in Yew
scented by sulphur
scratched in threeĀ
Demon
Soul given in kissed blindess
sacrifice is saved
now with silence the candle burning
now with a crafted thorn
now with wings in cradle
now your promise
yet in the cloth of darkness
ive restedĀ
ive rested
