Return

Return

from my dreams
soaked in thoughts of you.
The paper bathed in the scent of our once laughter.

infinity bound by love.
Its spine broken from my
eternal reading and re-reading
My finger traces the ink that is you,
a wound that does not close,
only sleeps.
And, it is there you will find me
with bated breath
to write the final page
I've left blank
Waiting
Pained
Curled
Rocking
Crying
An
Ocean
For
Your
