Shark

Shark

The soundtrack to the movie Jaws,
Gave a frightful and sombre feeling,
And when you saw the shark emerge,
I think I jumped and made the ceiling.

Sometimes when I am at the beach,
I usually go there with my daughter,
I often tell her to listen for that music,
Before entering the water.

People are funny especially divers,
Dressed in all black swimsuits with fins,
To sharks they look like a great big seal,
And wonder why the chomping begins.

But the other thing that makes me laugh,
Is why do they call them a shark?
It comes from when you see a big one,
You don't know whether to say Shiiittt or Faarrk!
