Tantrum

Tantrum

I don't want to go to school today

The other kids, they pick on me

And the stuff I have to do in class

Is not the stuff thats reaching me

I don't want to go to bed right now

There are monsters living in my room

I want to indulge my imagination

Stay up late and watch cartoons

I don't want to eat what we are having for dinner

I know I've never had it, but I don't like it

All I really want is to go outside

Find my bike and ride it

I don't want to stay home with the sitter

I want to be wherever you are dad

Why did you have to leave me

No child should ever have to be so sad
