The Bullied

The ones who are bullied, live in fear.

Every day, one after another.

Others just hide, until they are found.

When they are, they run.

They all run to solutions;

Solutions to their mess.

Messes of criticism and hurt.

So rarely are their solutions kind.

The bullies never stop.

They almost never do.

One victim after another.

The messes keep growing.

People will tell you not to worry,

But they don’t know.

You are all alone in your struggle.

The bullies are relentless,

And you can’t fight back.

So, you take the hate out,

And throw it at others.

They now fear you.

That’s what you used to do,

But now you don’t.

You have changed.

No longer do you fear;

You are the feared.

You think no one will understand.

No one knows the truth,

That the bullies were really the bullied.
