The leaf

Go – be gone – away from here
One rises from the mire

And seek a better place for life
That speaks of true desire

Yearn for what the leaf – when flying
Tells us all to be

And walk the path to wonderment
That takes us to the sea

Delve in and splash the water near
Feel life in all its forms

And always (always) keep love close –
Adventure beats forlorn.
