Use your time wisely
The click of the hand, the chime of the clock
Captured moments in your eyes, heart safe with a key and lock
Watching them grow, missing others from the past
Greatful that memories do always last
The smell of something, a place or person
Reminding you to live happily because tomorrow isn’t certain
The skin on your hands, the ache in your bones
Awake at night not wanting to be alone
Hug a little tighter, show you love them in every way
Because life is fragile and so is everyday
