Visionary Grief

Visionary Grief

Crawling out of the darkness to a new light
God guides her with brand new sight
Satisfying heat shines upon her face
While receiving unending grace

The perfect world exists in her new life
She can interact with her favorite wildlife
Lounging upon the soft, but meadowy hills
Wondering what the new sky fulfills

Feet clenching onto the ground beneath
God walks with her to show her someone to meet
A boy with baby blue eyes along with blonde hair
She knew God had listened and answered her prayers

Holding hands and skipping while laughing from within
Wondering where each other has been

My dear, true friend,
This is not the end
