Can we put today behind us
Can we put what was said to bed

I feel bad

I don't want to fight
We rummaged in a bin of blame

The contents, a mess
It's to decayed to be of use

My sorrow, I wish to convey
Conflict and anger it never agreed with me

We both felt a need to 'off load'
Can we not get past this?

Today was a difficult day
Our challenge now should be spent

Now can we move on.......
