Ye old wive’s tales 🤣

Are we to believe ye old wives tales where sheep lay sheltering on dike sides from stormy gales.. and lasses were forbidden from jolly Seafarer’s sails ?

When walking underneath the wrungs of a stepladder is deemed unlucky..what could be madder ?
Surely to diliberately avoid it and hit an oncoming car would alas be sadder ?

Well I can see a flock of black boisterous Crows covering the green grassy fields where no crop grows..What on earth does this mean ? But I guess only those old wives tales from long ago knows.. that lie betwixt the bosom of that wind that blows...
