Life can bring about events which worry or frighten !
Life can be frustrating waiting for change to...

Conflict, on occasion, may cause a severe division,
So in peace we seek out what we have in common...

Is law a poor man's guide book?
Unable to pay one's way past
Yes, the law has a heavy price...

I looked at my hands
Bloodied and raw
From dragging my baggage
Along the floor

Why am I so mad
It was me
All I wanted
Was to break free
From Insecurities...

I am but a bird
I cannot glide
Trapped in a cage
Nowhere to hide

I messed up...

We weep for your body,
With us no more.
Yet we smile for your soul,
For it's freedom...

I remember being helpless

With a sense of impending doom

I empty out all the oxygen in my lungs,

Free, reborn, phoenixes rising
pot-bellied pensioners, in new boots and gaiters,
walking...
