I've forgotten how to remain synchronized with clocks;
Dawn creeps onto the horizons of my...

I toss and I turn
No lullaby comforts me
Bees buzzing madly

~~I woke at two and then again at four
My sleeping is wakeful my dreams no more

I shuffle...

Me the insomniac,
Who stole my brains,
Watched the passing of hours,
And hasn't slept...

Stray thoughts
unrestrained

ricocheting around
my weary brain

Runaway...

If home is where the heart is...

Then I am finally home.

and pray for sleep to drown me,

Get into bed ready to sleep early
But a few distractions later and it's already past three

Just black out fade away...

Deep in the dark with my thoughts

Where hides sleep
are you watching me
are you deserting me
or tormenting me
