ELEPHANT POEM
Big Ears Flap

Big ears flap, they trumpet loud,
Mango munchers in a crowd.
Clumsy trunks and muddy tracks,
Elephants chase their own tails back.
Firefly dreams turn faces black,
Muddy baths for midday snack.
Snores like thunder, monkeys peek,
Giants slumber, forests sleek.
Trumpets blare, they chase with might,
Poachers vanish in the night.
Happy giants, trunks held high,
Forest friends beneath the sky.
