MY MUSE
She found me a long time ago
Back then I did not see
Saw my creative soul
She saw the real me...
It has taken me a while
To realize my muse...
Has always been there by my side
My muse could not refuse
The more she was embraced in life
An evident connection
My flair for creativity
Spread like an infection
There was no need to search
For she is a part of me
The goddess inside
Blessed with ingenuity
I feel stronger everyday
Now I recognize myself
Trusting my abilities
I have no need for wealth
My muse is not another me
Just my inspirational side
So I hope these words... someday find yours
And eventually collide.
